Shipping Policy – TRYRIX

At TRYRIX, we are committed to delivering premium quality embroidered t-shirts to your doorstep with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle your orders.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). 
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery (Pan-India): Orders are delivered within 7–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier partner availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across India.
  • COD orders may be subject to additional verification before dispatch to ensure order authenticity.
  • A small handling fee may apply for COD orders depending on your delivery location.

Shipping Charges 

  • We provide free standard delivery on all prepaid orders above ₹ 69.
  • For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee of ₹69 will be applied at checkout.
  •  COD orders may have an additional fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via email/SMS.
  • You can track your shipment easily through the courier partner’s tracking portal.

Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver to all serviceable pincodes within India.
  • If your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to logistics issues, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • TRYRIX shall not be held liable for such delays, but our team will assist you in tracking your order.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of ordering.
  •  In case of wrong address, incomplete details, or repeated delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order before they are shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
