Cancellations & Refunds Policy – TRYRIX

At TRYRIX, we take utmost care in delivering high-quality embroidered t-shirts to our customers. To maintain transparency and trust, please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy before placing an order. 

Order Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled within *12 hours of placing the order*, provided they have not yet been dispatched. 
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. 
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us at our customer support email or WhatsApp within the cancellation window. 
Returns & Refunds
  • We accept returns only under the following conditions: 
  • You receive a *defective or damaged product*. 
  • You receive a *wrong product or wrong size* (different from what you ordered). 
  • Any return request must be raised within *48 hours of delivery* by contacting our support team with photos/videos as proof. 
Important Return Conditions
  • The product must be in its *original condition*, unused, and unwashed. 
  • The original tag must be intact and attached to the t-shirt. If the tag is removed, tampered with, or missing, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • The item must be returned in secure packaging to avoid damage during transit. 
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Cases
  • Products with *removed tags, signs of wear, wash, or damage caused by the customer*. 
  • Customized or personalized orders (if applicable). 
  • Orders placed on *Clearance Sale/Discounted Promotions* may not qualify for return or refund. 
Refund Process
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, a refund will be processed within *7–10 business days*. 
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back via the *original payment method*. 
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via *bank transfer or UPI*, as per customer preference. 
Exchanges
  • In case of size issues or defective products, we will happily arrange an *exchange* of the same product (subject to availability). 
  • If the requested size or design is not available, a refund will be issued instead. 
Delays & Exceptions
  • TRYRIX reserves the right to refuse return/refund requests if the product does not meet our conditions. 
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
